Jack and Jill were tiny kittens trying to survive the winter by eating scraps from a restaurant dumpster. The kind-hearted restaurant owners took pity and began to feed them and gradually tame them until they could be scooped up, taken to the vet for shots and neutering, and placed in foster care.
Best In Show in the Nappers Division! Pokey is an 8 year old beagle who brings lots of sassiness to any party. She prefers a quiet home where older kids come to visit often.
Mitzi is a dark calico cat, about one year old. The picture doesn't do her justice. She has beautiful markings and great soulful eyes. Her looks are matched by her personality.
Goose and Little Bear are brothers that were found on the side of a highway in October. Cold and sick at first, they eventually made a full recovery and both are now healthy, playful, and curious.
Halters, saddles, clothes and much more will be for sale at bargain prices at the Annual Oswego County 4-H Tack Sale. Parents of young equestrians find this is a good place to purchase riding apparel for their growing young equestrians. The tack sale is a great opportunity to shop for bargains and to sell equine related items no longer in use.
Little Girl was adopted a couple of years ago by the Humane Society to an elderly couple and she became their much beloved companion. Then they fell ill, and, as we do, the Humane Society agreed to help find her another home.
Marty is a handsome teenager who plays like a kid with the other cats in his foster home. Seriously, he wrestles with them, runs around the house with them, and plays with any toy he can find (and his definition of "toy" is quite extensive, pretty much anything you drop or that he finds on the floor).
Have you ever seen a cat quite so handsome at Suki? He is not even a year old yet and a big strong boy with beautiful markings (not chunky—just BIG). He LOVES the other cats in his foster home, absolutely loves them and is playful and loving with them. He loves to steal plastic bracelets and hair ties . . . his foster Mom finds them everywhere.
