Write a commentThe Oswego County Department of Mobility Management announces that its OPT Route 12 servicing Fulton, Mexico, Hastings, West Monroe, Central Square and Constantia will be closed today, Feb. 18, due to inclement weather.
All other OPT routes are operating on a one-hour delay today.
