The Oswego County Health Department invites residents to join its upcoming “Living Well” workshop series.
These workshops will cover a variety of strategies to help participants manage their health in a supportive, judgement-free group setting. All workshops are free and offer a safe, welcoming space for residents to engage in discussions about their health and well-being with trained professionals.
