The Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club recently welcomed Phyllis Danks, District Governor for Rotary District #7150 and Marcellus club member.

Ms. Danks spoke of her personal goals for the District for the upcoming year and the goals of Rotary International, including RI President Ian H.S. Riseley's presidential theme, "Making a Difference."
