Every other Friday, the technology students at The BUC Junior-Senior High School conducted "Souper Friday." As part of the technology requirement, the gourmet cooking class prepares a specialty soup and delivers it to school district employees. The BUC is an alternative non-traditional education program based at the Oswego City School District Education Center.
