The book, titled "Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake Struttin' & Cuttin'" is a memoir about Beefcake's career in and out of the squared circle, different gimmicks and various feuds The Barber had with other wrestlers. the book also includes passages from other legends like "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Diamond Dallas Page and more!

Struttin' & Cuttin' was written by Kenny Casanova. Casanova has also helped others wrestlers with their books such as Kamala, Vader, Sabu, and Danny Davis. "Kenny Casanova did a tremendous job and gave credit to my wife Missy for spending countless hours on the book, tightening everything up, and getting it just right. We spent months and months on it, countless hours on the phone with Casanova editing and tweaking it. It was a pretty good process," The Barber said.

During the book tour, The Barber made his way to New York and was everywhere from Rensselaer, Syracuse, Tonawanda, and New York City.
