The Oswego Public Library enjoyed English and Spanish readings of The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle today. After the readings, children made pipe cleaner caterpillars and other creatures with help from the SUNY Oswego students. A huge thank you to the Latino Student Union for sharing their time and talents with us for Reading with Friends! Leyendo con Amigos!

Anyone interested in reading books in Spanish may check out material from the Oswego Public Library. Picture books are shelved with the nonfiction under JUV 468. Teen and adult novels are shelved in the nonfiction under 468. There are also some large print titles, same number, in the main reading room. Searching the catalog at ncls.org for Spanish Bilingual material will find books with the text written in both English and Spanish.
