Located at 5930 Scenic Ave. in Mexico, VFW Post 369 will provide a $100 bonus to the Novelis Supermodified driver that leads lap 25 of the Century 21 Galloway Realty 50-lap main event June 15, which will be the second Supermodified feature of the night.
     Due to the rain shortened program on June 1, double features will be run on June 15 with the final 20-laps of the Pathfinder Bank SBS main and the full 50-laps of the Novelis Supermodified main being run at the beginning of the June 15 racing program. The VFW Post 369 Halfway Bonus will be awarded in the evening's final feature event.
     The Mexico Men's Auxiliary of VFW Post 369 will be holding their third annual car show on Sunday, June 9, beginning at 9 a.m. The show will feature 17 different classes of classic cars to be judged for awards, which will be presented at 4 p.m. General admission for the show is only $3, and the event will fund many veteran and community charities locally as well as state wide.
