Whittaker, and Lion Mary Curcio, VT’s interim executive director , updated the Lions on the work of the organization. Victory Transformation is a Christian ministry that helps the homeless and those with critical needs. VT operates a drop-in center/warming shelter at 225 W. First St. in Oswego to help the homeless with the ultimate hope that their support will provide self-sufficiency and productivity. Following her presentation, Fulton Lions contributed $1,000 to the organization.
