The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recognized Kara Weiss with the 2014 “Paul Santore Award for Outstanding Youth.”
She is a member of the board of directors of the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau; a student/youth representative on the Oswego School Board and has participated in the Oswego City Youth Court Program for five years, completing over 30 cases and more than 80 community service hours.
Weiss has distinguished herself as a youth leader and remarkable citizen in our community for her inspiring example of caring, commitment and dedication.
