Oswego Rotary welcomed a new President at the recent Changing of the Guard ceremony on June 27th.
Carrie Penoyer, a lifelong resident of Oswego County, assumed the position for the 2017/2018 Rotary fiscal year. She grew up in Pulaski and attended Sandy Creek schools. Penoyer earned a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in Broadcast Journalism. After college she became a television reporter at WWNY-TV in Watertown. Seven years later and a career change Ms. Penoyer is now a financial advisor with AXA Advisors. Carrie has been an advisor for 13 years. She lives inn Oswego with her husband and two children.
