SUNY Oswego`s Rice Creek Field Station has unveiled its spring lineup of free nature education programs on Saturdays, including naturalist-led walks, story hours and hands-on science activities.
Bob Moritz, chairman and senior partner of the U.S. accounting firm of PwC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers) and a 1985 graduate of SUNY Oswego, will discuss `Global Trends and Your Role in a Sustainable Future` at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, in the auditorium of the college`s Campus Center, Room 132.
Summer at SUNY Oswego's Rice Creek Field Station will bring naturalist-guided walks on many Saturdays, self-guided tours of the 7,640-square-foot, energy-efficient new headquarters six days a week and, for children and teens, a return of two weeklong Exploring Nature sessions and the new Conservation Field Studies program.
SUNY Oswego's Rice Creek Field Station will host free Rice Creek Rambles nature walks at 11 a.m. on eight Saturdays this summer.
