     The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), a division of SUNY Oswego's Office of Business and Community Relations, will hold a volunteer orientation for retired or semi-retired adults at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 19, in the Oswego Public Library's community room.
