She was born in Ohio where she attended schools before moving to the Oswego area in the late 1980's.
She was the manager of the Wendy's in Oswego.
Donna was an animal lover who loved her hummingbirds. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. She loved to play pool and darts.
Surviving are husband of 13 years, George Wallis, her daughter, Minnie Sturgill of Ohio and four grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Sara Sturgill.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 19th from 12:00-2:00.
Burial will follow in North Scriba Cemetery.
