Erin’s Angels of CNY Launches Giving Tuesday Campaign to Support Children Facing Food Insecurity

Erin’s Angels of CNY is excited to announce its Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign, featuring multiple community-driven initiatives to help fight food insecurity among children in Oswego County.

Erin’s Angels Cutout Campaign

Supporters can participate in the Erin’s Angels Cutout Campaign by purchasing angel cutouts online at https://erinsangels.com/giving-tuesday or at participating point-of-purchase merchants Monirae’s, Jennerations Bakery and Fatman’s Treasures in Phoenix, NY. Each cutout represents a commitment to ensuring that no child goes hungry outside of school hours.

"This campaign is a simple yet powerful way for our community to show their support and make a tangible impact," said Lu Hart, Vice President of Erin’s Angels of CNY.

 

Erin’s Angels Purple Drink at Lock 1 Distillery

Lock 1 Distillery is partnering with Erin’s Angels by offering a signature Erin’s Angels Purple Drink known as the Erin’s Angel. The drink can be made with alcohol or as a mocktail. One dollar of every sale will be donated directly to Erin’s Angels, combining local flavor with local impact.

"We love seeing creative partnerships like this that bring people together for a cause," said Jack Pflanz, Director of Fund Development and Communications. "Every sip helps us feed more children in need."

 

Giving Tuesday TV Commercial Campaign

To amplify awareness, Erin’s Angel’s has launched a Giving Tuesday/Holiday TV commercial campaign airing on ABC News affiliate WSYR News Channel 9. The ads highlight the organization’s mission and invite viewers to join the fight against food insecurity by donating to fund community food initiatives.

"Media outreach is critical to spreading the word and inspiring action," added Pflanz. "We want everyone to know they can be part of the solution."
