There is still time to register for the Fast Track to Farming Program held in September!
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, in partnership with Cooperative Extension Jefferson County, is hosting a two-day event for anyone interested in starting a new farm or looking to diversify. Topics will include business planning, marketing, livestock, horticulture, and value added processing.
The event begins on Friday, September 26th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and then continues Saturday September 27th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The series will be held at Stefano's Pizzeria in Mexico, located at 3273 Main Street in Mexico. A light dinner and/or lunch will be provided for free. There is no cost to attend, but online registration is required.
