Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late George and Caroline (Parker) Nelson.
Frances was a candle maker and was employed by Will & Baumer Candle Factory in Syracuse.
Frances loved her family and enjoyed all her time spent with her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by two brothers William Nelson of Toledo Ohio and Frank Nelson of Greensboro NC and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by her brothers George Nelson and Raymond Nelson, and her sister Caroline Warren earlier this year.
Spring burial will take place in Fairdale Cemetery, Hannibal NY. Arrangements are in the care of Nelson Funeral Home.
