Born in Syracuse she was the daughter of Linda (Winkie) Wheeler of Oswego and the late Joseph E. Wheeler.
In addition to her mother Linda Wheeler of Oswego, Heather is survived by her daughters, Cheyenne Malone and Lindsay Wheeler of Oswego; brother, Joseph Wheeler of Oswego; grandson, Samuel Oskelo Granuzzo, and her husband Bill Malone.
She was predeceased by a sister Laurie Wheeler.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, July 30th from 10-11AM with a service to follow at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany. Burial will take place in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
