Jeannette was born in Minetto, NY, the daughter of the late Raymond and Anna (LeBlanc) Ottman. She was a lifelong resident of the Oswego area.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Oswego, where she was active in the Altar Guild and the church choir.
Jeannette was an accomplished bowler, and was a member of the Oswego Bowling Hall of Fame.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Paul C. Dehm of Oswego, two sons, Paul (Lisa) Dehm of Daytona Beach, FL, and James (Shantelle Tay) Dehm of Baldwinsville, NY; and four grandchildren, Christina Dehm of Albany, AnneMarie Dehm of Albany, Paul “Jake” Dehm of Huntsville, AL, and Zachary Dehm of Huntsville, AL.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, June 9th, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, June 8th, at the funeral home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
