The Children’s Room at the Oswego Public library offers free story hour, crafts, and snacks for children. Story hours take place on Wednesdays at 10:30 and 1:30 and Fridays at 10:30. Topics vary each day!
Wednesday afternoons are ideal for any children involved in AM Pre-K or other morning activities! Don’t miss out!

The Oswego Public Library will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day as well as Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in observance of Thanksgiving. There are no Story Hours on those dates.
All Children’s Room Programs at the Oswego Public Library are free and open to the public.
The Children’s Room at the Oswego Public library is excited to announce special events and activities for the fall.
Origami Class – On Saturday, November 21st your children can come learn how to make origami creations. It will be a blast! Come see our displays up in the Children’s room for examples.
Read with Lucy -- Come read to Lucy. She is a therapy dog who loves to be read to. It takes place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30. Bring your children so they can come read to Lucy!
Lego Club – Children can have fun at our Lego club. Lego club takes place on the 2nd Thursday of the month. The club runs from 6-7. Upcoming themes include: Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Holidays around the world, Winter wonderland, Sports, and much more.
