Heart, Home & Community, a new television series dedicated to showcasing the individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders making a positive impact throughout Central New York, will premiere Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET on WKOF CBS Syracuse.
The program was created to highlight inspiring stories of service, leadership, advocacy, and community engagement while connecting viewers with organizations and initiatives that are improving lives across the region.

"Our goal is simple," said host and creator Shelley Hoffman. "We want to shine a light on the people and organizations working every day to strengthen our communities, support families, address challenges, and create opportunities for others."
Episode One introduces viewers to the mission of Heart, Home & Community and demonstrates how collaboration, compassion, and civic engagement can create lasting positive change. The community partners featured in the pilot episode include:

In addition to local television broadcast distribution, Heart, Home & Community will also be available through major streaming platforms including Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, Android TV devices, and Samsung TV. The program is designed to provide featured organizations with expanded visibility while educating audiences about community resources, volunteer opportunities, advocacy efforts, and success stories that often go untold.
