Nicholas Bertsch and Christina Abare recently attended an Oswego Rotary meeting representing the top seniors, class of 2013, from Oswego High School. Oswego Rotary annually sponsors scholarships at OHS and hosts the Top 100 Dinner celebrating the top 25 students from each high school class.
