Write a commentThe Oswego City School District Board of Education recognized retiring Oswego High School Social Studies teacher Patricia Runeari during the regular board meeting on Nov. 13. Runeari has served the education needs of students in the Oswego City School District for more than 27 years. Among those congratulating the newest district retiree were board president John Dunsmoor; board member and former teaching colleague Tom DeCastro; and superintendent of schools Bill Crist.
