The weekend long festival, which will run from Aug. 23-26, aims to bring two-wheel enthusiasts from across New York State, the southern tier, New England and the Mid-West to the 'Home of the Supermodifieds' for a three-day weekend admission of only $15.
While Oswego Bike Fest is geared toward motorcycle enthusiasts, the festival will provide food, drinks and entertainment for three straight days that will appeal to any and all spectators, not just those with motorcycles.
Friday's festival line-up will begin at 2 p.m. and includes the Bikini Bike Wash, the motorcycle Burnout Pit, as well as the first round of the Ms. Oswego Bike Fest contest. Musical entertainment on Friday includes Jimmy Wolf at 6 p.m. and Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band Poison Whiskey at 8 p.m.
Friday's admission is just $5.
Saturday's schedule will see gates open at 11 a.m. with JP Shaggy hitting the main stage at 12:30 p.m.. The Burnout Pit will open at 1 p.m. with the Vertical Outlaws Stunt Show taking main billing at 2 p.m.
Saturday will also include round two of the Ms. Oswego Bike Fest contest and several motorcycle rodeo games throughout the day.
Joining JP Shaggy as musical acts Saturday will be Code Red at 2:30 p.m.; 20th Century Cowboys at 4:30 p.m.; Emerald City at 7 p.m.; and headlining national act Molly Hatchet at 9 p.m.
Saturday admission is only $10.
The final day of track activity for Oswego Bike Fest will be Sunday, with gates again opening at 11 a.m. Musical acts will again include JP Shaggy at 1 p.m.; 3 Inch Fury at 4 p.m.; and Under the Gun at 6 p.m.
The Bikini Bike Wash, Burnout Pit and rodeo games will all continue throughout the day Sunday with the final round of the Ms. Oswego Bike Fest contest taking place at 5:30 p.m.
Highlights Sunday will include a Military Tribute at 3 p.m. which will honor all fallen soldiers and recognize members of the United States Army, United States Navy, United States Marines Corp, the United States Air Force and the United States Coast Guard.
A gigantic fireworks display will cap off the inaugural weekend at 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday admission will be $5.
A total of three charity bike rides will take place featuring a ride to picturesque Watkins Glen International Speedway on Monday, Aug. 26 at 9 a.m. along with a ride around the famed Speedway.

Oswego Bike Fest kick starts Friday at Oswego Speedway

The inaugural Oswego Bike Fest will kick start at Oswego Speedway Friday, Aug. 23, providing non-stop entertainment throughout the entire weekend inside the Port City 'Steel Palace' oval.
