Write a commentThe Oswego Wrestling Program finished out their season at Sectionals this weekend.
On Saturday, the boys competed in the Section III Championships. Nathan Freebern and Ethan Doran both were able to reach the podium securing 4th place finishes in their respective weight classes.
On Sunday, the girls competed in the Girls Section III Freestyle Championships. The Bucs had 3 qualifiers Lee Ann Hosein, Lily-Ann Mantor and Kiana Yawn. The girls battled tough. Lily-Ann and Kiana were able to secure a victory in the tournament.
The Bucs finished the season with a dual meet record of 11-10 record. We would like to thank our Seniors for all the hardwork and dedication they have given our program. We wish them the best of luck on their future endeavors!
