The ACCESS Oswego County program will only be providing transportation related to medical services today.
Those riding other OPT routes today should expect delays.
The OPT 12 Route services Fulton, Mexico, Hastings, West Monroe, Central Square and Constantia. OPT 14 services Fulton, Mexico, Pulaski and Sandy Creek.
