The scholarships are made possible through the generous support of Pathfinder Bank and the Richard S. Shineman Foundation, whose continued partnership helps Rotary invest in the next generation of community leaders.
This year's recipients are:
- Charles E. Riley Oswego Rotary Scholarship – Leonard Lin
- Ralph and Dorothy Faust Oswego Rotary Scholarship – Leah Kelly
- Anthony J. Murabito Oswego Rotary Scholarship – Andrew Shaver
- Richard S. Shineman Oswego Rotary Scholarship – Brodie Wood
- Ruth N. Mulford Technical Award – Hannah Barbera
