Harborfest is back in Oswego, NY from Thursday, July 23 – Sunday, July 26, and we can't wait to see you on the waterfront.

Free admission, four days, four stages, fireworks, rides, and more — here's everything you need to know before you go.



🎆 Don't Miss: Fireworks Spectacular by Grucci

One night. One show. The biggest, loudest, most spectacular moment of the whole weekend. Grucci's fireworks launch directly over Lake Ontario, choreographed to music, on Saturday, July 25, between 9–10 PM (weather pending). Grab your spot before 9 PM so you don't miss a thing.

🎠 Beyond the Music

Dreamland Amusements Midway — Rides, games, and carnival snacks for the whole family.

Unlimited ride wristbands (36" and taller): $30 Wed–Thu, $35 Fri–Sun

Individual ride tickets: $1.50 each, $30 for 20, or $60 for 50 (most rides take 3+ tickets)

Hours: 5–11 PM Wed–Thu · 11 AM–Midnight Fri–Sat · Noon–8 PM Sun

Water Thrills Show — Barefoot waterskiing up to 40 mph, the Sky Ski hydrofoil, jet ski flips, and more, right in the harbor off Cahill Pier.

Showtimes: Friday, 7/24 at 12:30, 3:00 & 5:15 PM · Saturday, 7/25 at 1:30, 3:30 & 5:30 PM

Soar Above Harborfest — Helicopter rides for a bird's-eye view of the festival and Lake Ontario. Rides depart from the end of West Pier, behind the H. Lee White Maritime Museum.

$60 per person, cash only · 5-minute rides

Noon–8 PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Wayne Drugs Children's Tent @ Novelis (Breitbeck) Park — Live animals, storytelling, a bounce house, puppet shows, trampoline stunts, and more all weekend. Full daily schedule at oswegoharborfest.com/childrens-park.

Children's Parade — Kicks off the festival on Friday at 10:00 AM, marching from West Park/Franklin Square to Novelis Breitbeck Park. Bring the kids!

🚗 Getting There

Free parking is available at Romney Field House.

Shuttle service is $5 for the weekend (free for children 10 and under).

Shuttle Operating Hours:

Thursday: 5:30–11:30 PM

Friday: 10 AM–Midnight

Saturday: 10 AM–Midnight

Sunday: 11 AM–7 PM

📋 Good to Know

No bicycles, skateboards, drones, or pets (service animals excepted) at any Harborfest venue.

Blankets & tarps: Parks are cleared of unattended items each night. Placing tarps, blankets, or stakes to save a spot for fireworks is not allowed before Saturday at 6 AM, and stakes/rocks are never permitted.

Boating: Vessels must stay clear of the 1,000-foot safety zone around the fireworks area from 7–10 PM Saturday. Docking questions: 315-343-8430 or 315-342-8167.

Emergencies: Call 911. If you can't complete a call, find the nearest Harborfest Information Center or police officer — first aid is available at Info Centers too.

Lost kids: Grab a free "Lost Kid Tag" at any Information Center, and head there right away if you get separated from your child.

Parking rules are enforced: unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
