Write a commentOSWEGO, NY — The Richard S. Shineman Foundation is proud to sponsor the Syracuse Orchestra's free summer concert at historic Fort Ontario on Wednesday, July 8, at 7:00 p.m.
Community members of all ages are invited to enjoy an evening of exceptional live music in one of Oswego's most iconic settings. The concert is free and open to the public.
In addition to the performance, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with several local nonprofit organizations dedicated to the arts, culture, history, and tourism. These organizations will be on-site sharing information about upcoming exhibits, performances, festivals, and events taking place throughout Oswego County this summer and beyond.
The evening offers more than a concert—it is a celebration of the organizations that help make Oswego County a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.

The Syracuse Orchestra's program will feature a variety of light classical favorites, patriotic selections, Broadway highlights, and popular standards in the beautiful setting of Fort Ontario overlooking Lake Ontario. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
