Write a commentThe Oswego YMCA and Harborfest are teaming up to bring "Rock The Locks" to Oswego from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., June 29.
The event will combine a paddlefest coordinated by the YMCA and a mini festival with fun activities coordinated by Harborfest.
Currently, Harborfest is seeking vendors to participate in the festival, which will take place at the grassy area next to Lock 7. Set up time will be 9:30-10:30am.
