Rose was born to Orlia and Bernice Bullock Dunsmoor on May 6, 1937, in Oswego NY and was a lifetime member of the Church of the Resurrection, where she married her late husband Ward Pepper Sr. in 1957.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by eight siblings.

Rose is survived by four children, Ward Jr. (Cathy) of Scriba, Richard (Henry) of West Hollywood CA, Debra of Scriba, and James (Michele) of Scriba. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Rose worked at Jacobson farm and at Valehaven Home in Oswego. She was a member of the Scriba Fire Department's Auxiliary and Fulton Moose Lodge. After retirement she enjoyed meeting friends at the Scriba Seniors and spending time with her family, especially the annual camping trips to Southwick beach.

Friends and family may call from 3-6 pm Tuesday March 14 at Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego, NY with a service to follow.

Spring burial will be at Peck cemetery Scriba NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Resurrection, Oswego NY. or Hospice of CNY.
