Sharon G. Capone, 81 and a resident of Oswego passed away Wednesday evening.
Mrs. Capone was born in Clayton and was the daughter of the late John and Anna Loveland Meeks.
She was the wife of Victor J. Capone.
Mrs. Capone was a longtime Communicant of St. Joseph’s Church and a member of the St. Ann Society.
She was an avid bowler and loved the fine arts, traveling and had a talent for painting.She always loved working in her flower garden.
She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Capone is survived by two daughters, Deborah (Sam) Natoli, Annette (George) Familo, two sons, Christopher (Brenda Davis) Capone and Donald (Mary) Capone all of Oswego, one brother, John Adrian(Audrey) Meeks of Clayton, nine grandchildren Matthew (Lindsay) Natoli, Brandon Natoli, George (Becca Thoreck) Familo, Melissa Familo, Bradley Capone, Bryan Capone , Olivia Davis, Olivia Capone, David Capone, Julia Capone,one great grandchild Santino Michael Natoli and several neices and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers Daryl Meeks and Donald Meeks, and one grandson Charles Natoli.
Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
