The children attending Oswego Harborfest will benefit from the generous grant from the Shineman Foundation as it supports the Novelis Children's Park STEM Program. At the official announcement gathered were Bobbi Palange, Harborfest Sponsorship Coordinator Carol Dillabough, Rocky Farden, Harborfest Board President Chena Tucker and representing the Shineman Foundation was its Executive Director Karen Goetz. The Children's Park will be open on Friday thru Sunday, July 24-26 during Oswego Harborfest.
