Spring is in full swing and Bud Break is happening in the Lake Effect Vineyard® at Colloca Estate Winery in Fair Haven.

To celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, the Winery on the shores of Lake Ontario is opening THE WINE BAR and WOOD FIRED KITCHEN and inviting everyone to come celebrate Spring! Named among the Top 10 Outdoor Bars in CNY by Syracuse.com, it’s an opportunity to put out the welcome sign for the season. CEO and Founder Chris Colloca has booked some of the best music in Central New York while getting ready to showcase his incredible award-winning wines, food, craft beers and ciders, and cocktails galore.

Here's what’s in store:

• Friday, May 28, 2021: 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. - Spring Fest Kick Off with The Arcade on the Lake Effect Vineyard® Stage) *This incredible band plays the awesome music of the 80's. This all-star line-up has played at the famous Whiskey a Go Go in LA!
• Saturday, May 29, 2021: 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. - Lyin' Eyes "Take it Easy" Tour - An Afternoon of Music By the Eagles (2-6 pm - Fair Haven Event Center at Colloca Estate Winery - $10 pre-sale Admission) *This Rochester based band plays the Eagles to a tee and we are fortunate enough to have them back as they sold out last year's performance at the winery and were a special request from our guests. • Saturday, May 29, 2021: 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. - PK and the 88's will play the Lake Effect Vineyard® Stage.
• Sunday FUNDAY, May 30, 2021: 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. - Eric, Tiger, and Mike Place from Off the Reservation will ROCK the Lake Effect Vineyard Stage from 4-8 pm.

The Wine Bar, Wood Fired Kitchen and Tasting Room are all Open at Noon for the three-day event.

There is no cover all weekend long for performances on the Lake Effect Vineyard® Stage.

However, for the Eagles Tribute Band, Lyin' Eyes, on their "Take it Easy" Tour in the Fair Haven Event Center tickets are necessary. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased for $10 at www.colloca.com, or in the Tasting Room (315) 947-2069.
