Brothers Andrew and Noah VanNorstrand (originally from Fulton, NY but now based in Springfield, VT) and Dean Miller (Port Townsend, WA) have spent the last several years traveling all over North America, playing major roots music festivals, concert stages, dance halls and living rooms. They have built an enthusiastic following with people who appreciate the edges of established genres like folk, bluegrass, country, Celtic, jazz, zydeco, and more. Now they are bringing their unique sound to the Brewerton Center for the Arts for a special show benefiting The Syracuse Peace Council. Joined by acclaimed bassist Felix Sartori (Boston, MA), The Faux Paws will bring you along on a night full of tight harmonies, soaring improvisations, and captivating dance grooves.
Join us to celebrate the 90th anniversary of The Syracuse Peace Council along with the years of contribution to our community by Ronald VanNorstrand (Andrew and Noah's uncle!), who is just one of the greatest guys we have ever known!
