Born in Buffalo, he was a son of Gordon Haskins Sr. and Karen Nickolas.
Tim enjoyed fishing, camping, going for walks, metal detecting, playing on the computer, music and going to concerts. He was known as a leader.
Surviving besides his parents, are his children, Tricia Haskins, Kirsten Haskins, Timothy Haskins Jr. and Michael Haskins; his brothers, Jeffery and Gordon (Alan) Haskins Jr.; his sisters, Stephanie Parkhurst and Karoleigh Perez; his grandmother, May Stratton; a grandson, Logan Haskins; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, from the Nelson Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at the Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 10-11:30 a.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home, 11 W., Albany St. Oswego.
