The first-ever “Literacy Under the Lights” event brought students, families, athletes and staff together Wednesday, Sept. 23, for an evening celebrating literacy, leadership and school spirit.

For almost four decades Oswego County Opportunities Head Start program has helped thousands of children prepare for kindergarten.
