7 Brew, the drive-thru beverage concept revolutionizing the coffee industry, opened its newest location in Oswego at 240 NY 104 this week.
Striving to be a good community partner, 7 Brew Oswego donated $26,777 to Blessings in a Backpack.
“Our team is looking forward to continuing to cultivate kindness in New York with our Oswego stand,” said Nick Vidal, director of operations for Brew Team WNY. “With back-to-school season here, it’s fitting that our charitable partnership is with Blessings in a Backpack. We are honored to support their mission and the work they do for children in Oswego.”
To kick off the opening celebrations, 7 Brew Oswego hosted a donation weekend from Sept. 4-6, where customers could try 7 Brew and “pay what they want,” as a donation to Blessings in a Backpack. 7 Brew dropped off drinks for the staff and presented a check for the donation today.
"Blessings in a Backpack is incredibly grateful to 7 Brew for including us in their Caffeine for a Cause campaign,” said Missy Russell, Blessings in a Backpack program coordinator. “Their generosity and commitment to giving back helps us provide children with food they need for the weekend. We are so thankful to the 7 Brew team and their wonderful customers for helping us make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in our community. Thank you for helping turn every cup into a blessing!”
More than your standard coffee stand, 7 Brew offers over 20,000 unique drink combinations. From the original Blondie, a caramel and vanilla breve, to infused 7 Energy drinks, smoothies, 7 Fizz Sodas, shakes and teas, there is something for everyone at 7 Brew.
The 7 Brew stand will add 75 jobs to the Oswego area. Those interested in joining the Brew Crew should apply at 7brewteam.7brewcareers.com.
