Oswego PorchFest 2016 organizational committee recently met at the home of OPF’s founder Gerri Millar to begin preparations for this year’s event scheduled for Sunday September 25, from 1-5PM in the Historic Westside Franklin Square and Montcalm Park Neighborhoods.
