Oswego State freshman first baseman/designated hitter Jordan Giller (Toronto, Ontario) has been named the SUNY Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week for the week ending March 17, 2013.
Giller helped the Lakers go 3-1 at the start of their Spring break trip with wins over Emory & Henry, Clarkson and Allegheny. He finished the four games with a .545 batting average on 6-for-11 hitting with six runs scored and six RBI. Giller also .688 on-base percentage and a .909 slugging percentage after hitting a double and homerun.
