Make a plan to get to Balloons Under the Moon

Oswego County Offers Free Transportation to ‘Balloons Under the Moon’ August 19

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Department of Mobility Management partners with the Town of Granby to offer free park-n-ride transportation to “Balloons Under the Moon” in Granby on Wednesday, Aug. 19.

8th Annual Compass Charity Golf Outing June 21st

The 8th Annual Compass Charity Golf Outing is scheduled for Friday, June 21st, at the Battle Island Golf course in Fulton. Shotgun start is at 8:30 am.

Canale Insurance is sponsoring a hole-in-one contest: A chance to win $10,000 on hole #9. Other hole-in-one prizes on the other par 3s include a 50” TV, a $500 gift card and a set of Callaway x Series irons. There will be a closest to the pin on all the par threes and team prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Water, soda and beer will be provided on the course, A dog or burger with a drink at the turn and a steak dinner to follow.

Cost is $65 for Compass members and $75 for non-members.

Other contests will include a 3-put contest for $5 to win $75, skins -$20 per team and a 50/50 raffle.

In addition, Compass Credit Union is giving all participants a thermal mug and eyeglass cleaner.

This year, 100% of the proceeds will go to support youth sports in Oswego, specifically Oswego Little League and The Oswego Youth Soccer Association. We thank you for your support!
