The Oswego State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is proud to announce J.J. Antoine as its next assistant director of athletics.
Antoine will be responsible for game management for 24 varsity sports, coordinating in-game promotions at home athletic events and overseeing athletic facilities.
For the past year, Antoine served as Ithaca College's Facility, Event and Team Travel Specialist. Her primary duties included equipment services for varsity teams, event management for home contests and the coordination of team transportation and travel arrangements for nearly 900 student-athletes.
Antoine had previously been an intern in membership services for the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators (NACWAA). Prior to her time with NACWAA, Antoine served as an athletic administration graduate assistant for Springfield (Mass.) College's athletics department.
A four-year soccer player and captain at Mount Holyoke College, Antoine graduated in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies. She is currently finishing her studies for a master's degree in physical education with a concentration in athletic administration from Springfield.
