Megan Hagg (Pickering, Ontario), a junior on the women's ice hockey team, and Omar Santiago (Huntington Station, N.Y.), a senior on the wrestling 
team, have been named Oswego State Athletes of the Week for the week ending Jan. 6.
Hagg had a hand in three of the four Oswego State goals scored in a series against West Region St. Norbert. In Saturday night's 3-2 victory, Hagg assisted the second Laker goal, which came in the final minute of the first period, and scored the game-winning goal midway through the third period on a power play. She also assisted Oswego State's lone goal on the power play in Sunday's 2-1 loss.
Santiago registered two wins in two matches against Lycoming and King's College this weekend. The senior posted a 4-0 decision over Dave Exler of Lycoming and pinned Aaron Perez of King's College at 5:23 at 133 pounds. With the pair of victories, Santiago moved his team-high win total to 16.
