
Three Lakers earned Second Team honors as the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) released its All-Conference selections at the conclusion of the 2015 outdoor track championships in Brockport.
Matt McDorman made his way onto the Second Team by way of javelin. The senior threw 55.76 meters, capturing second place at the championships and setting a new Oswego State record as well. Chris Bridgewater used his last jump of the day to take second in the triple jump. The Brooklyn native hopped 14 meters flat, setting a career-best for the outdoor season. The final Laker to earn the Second Team accolade was Nick Reinsdorf in the 800. The runner moved up from his third position which he set in the preliminaries, as he finished the final race in second with a time of 1:54.92.
The men's track and field teams will now head to Oneonta for its final meet beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
