Shirleen was past employed with General Electric, Syracuse, NY. She loved playing BINGO and she never said no to giving support to the local SPCA.
Shirleen was pre-deceased by her son John C. Phelps in 2009 and her brother Frank Maurer.
Shirleen is survived by her sons: Robert A. Rogers of Phoenix, NY; Dale S. Rogers of Oswego, NY; and Edward J. Phelps of Fulton, NY; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
There will be a privately held Calling Hour and Funeral Service with Deacon Jeff Dean officiating at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY.
Burial will be conducted privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton, NY.
