The 2022 Winona Forest Tourathon promises to once again delight nordic skiers from across the USA and beyond.
This is the 42th Anniversary of this event! Our lake effect snow machine, and professional grooming equipment will provide race participants with unrivaled nordic conditions.
Please become a member of our club. This keeps the tourathon alive and well, and allows our volunteers to keep the trails in great condition all winter long. To become a member, please visit Winona Membership. We will also have membership forms available at the race.
- When: February 12, 2022
- Where: CCC Camp in Mannsville, NY (directions can be found on the Winona Forest website)
- Start time: - 50K distance 8:30 AM
- Start time: 12.5 & 25 K distances - 9 AM
- Day of Race bib pick-up & sign in under the tent begins at : 7:30 AM
- Cost: 12.5 KM - $35., 25KM - $40., 50KM - $55. Student category is $25 - 30. Discounted family registration is available.

For 2022 we will continue to adhere to the following health/safety guidelines:
- Bib pick-up will be outdoors. Unvaccinated skiers please wear your mask. Maintain 6 ft of distance from others.
- Masks must be worn at race start for unvaccinated individuals.
- There will be no warming up or cooling down on the course. There is a groomed trail (Pussycat) directly behind CCC Camp that can be used.
- There is a small warming hut, but it is impossible to maintain social distancing, so only vaccinated individuals should enter the hut.
- No post-race activities.
- Register by January 9th to receive a commemorative race keepsake.
- Please bring your own hydration/energy snacks.
