Oswego State baseball players Scott Buniak (Jr., Clifton Park, N.Y.), Dan Erne (Sr., Rochester, N.Y.) and Mike McMullen (Jr., Syracuse, N.Y.) have been recognized on all-region teams released by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and D3baseball.com.
Erne and McMullen were named to the ABCA/Rawlings Division III All-New York Region Third Team, while Erne and Buniak were selected for the 
D3baseball.com All-New York Region Third Team.
The ABCA All-Region teams are selected by a vote of the region's coaches, while the D3baseball.com All-Region teams are chosen by a vote of select regional sports information directors and D3baseball.com staff and contributors.
Erne, a First Team All-SUNYAC pick, finished the season at 6-1 overall with a 2.25 ERA on 17 earned runs over 68.0 innings pitched, including two complete games. He struck out 32 batters and walked 10, as opponents registered a .224 batting average.
McMullen, a Second Team All-SUNYAC selection, led the Lakers with 50 hits, a .470 slugging percentage and 112 assists in 40 games played. The shortstop was tied for first on the squad with 26 RBI, second with a .379 batting average and third with a .422 on-base percentage.
Buniak, a First Team All-SUNYAC honoree, scored a team-high 31 runs and stole 18 bases in 40 games this season. The centerfielder posted a .317 batting average, a .428 slugging percentage and a .385 on-base percentage. Defensively, Buniak recorded 109 putouts and threw out four runners at home over the course of the season.
Oswego State wrapped up the year at 27-15 overall to post a new single-season win total en route to placing second at the SUNYAC Championships.
